Dr. Tariq graduated from Fatima Jinnah Medical College in Pakistan in 2007 and received her ECFM certification in 2008. Dr. Tariq completed 2 years of Fellowship research in Cerebrovascular and Skull Base from the University of Seattle, WA 2011-2013. She joined Wayne State University in 2013 as a Pre resident Fellow in Neurosurgery and then joined the department as a Resident in 2014. Dr. Tariq completed 5 years of accredited training in Neurosurgery at Wayne State University, Detroit Medical Center, Detroit, MI 2014-2020. Dr Tariq has published 20 peer review articles, authored 10 book chapters and published 9 video chapters. She has participated in multiple national and international conferences and courses. Dedicated licensed clinical mental health counselor (LCMHC) & licensed clinical addiction specialist (LCAS) .Skilled in addiction, needs assessment, ESFT approach, CBT, Solution Focused Therapy, a variety of eclectic counseling techniques and treatment planning.
Conduct comprehensive clinical assessment of clients with opiates addiction. Develop Person Centered Plans and treatment recommendations. Provide individual/group therapy sessions for clients who are receiving Suboxone treatments. Conduct group sessions which focus on education, prevention, skill building, and relapse prevention

Dr Vernon is working as Full time Primary Care Physician for FMRC for over 3 years now.
Clinical assessment and diagnosis, treatment planning and person-centered therapy.
Mr. Cline earned his Master’s in Social Work from Fordham University in 2009 prior to relocating to North Carolina; maintaining his social work clinical licensure (LCSW). He has extensive experience working with individuals from a strengths perspective while utilizing an individualized person-centered approach to assist his clients in effectively identifying, utilizing, and strengthening coping mechanisms to improve distress management.
Mr. Cline joined FMRC in March of 2017 until August of 2018 and recently returned in January 2021. He has a valuable and impressive history of providing individual and group therapy to treat depression, bipolar disorder, severe anxiety disorders, and various substance use disorders. Additionally, Mr. Cline has specialized and developed a passion for working with LGBTQ+ identified individuals; ensuring a safe and welcoming therapeutic atmosphere to explore, express, understand, and embrace potential concerns surrounding gender identity and/or sexual orientation.

Dr Sheba Asghar, after obtaining her early schooling in Europe, graduated from Aga Khan University in Karachi, Pakistan. She completed her Internal Medicine training at the University of Pittsburg Medical Center in Pittsburgh, PA and her fellowship in Endocrinology, Diabetes and Metabolism from Houston Methodist Hospital/MD Anderson Cancer Center in Houston, TX. She is also board certified in Obesity Medicine. During the course of her career, she has held several faculty positions at academic medical centers, including Emory University and has worked in private practice
